Information:

Understanding playtime, it's important for pet parents to be informed about our approach during the noon to three downtimes, strategically positioned between the 9:00 AM to noon and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM play periods. During this period your pets are comfortably settled into individual suites and/or size-appropriate dog crates. This practice is an integral part of their daily interaction, designed to cater to their individual needs while maintaining a balance of social engagement.

In certain instances, we may bring pets together in small groups (max 3 to 4) within our private 4 by 9 suites during this downtime. The formation of these groups is carefully determined based on playtime compatibility, ensuring that each pup has the opportunity for both individual rest and social interactions tailored to their preferences.
Our daycare service is specifically crafted for pet owners who lead busy lives and need reliable care for their pets during the day. Offering an extensive 12-hour daycare window from 6:30 am to 7 pm, our service provides a comprehensive solution for pups, enabling their furry companions to enjoy a mini-vacation, whether the owner is out for leisure or at work. Additionally, our Pet Taxi service is available to conveniently pick up your pups, adding to the overall ease and accessibility of our offerings.

Rest assured that our commitment to providing top-notch care extends to our daycare services. Pups enrolled in our daycare receive the same level of attention and care as our overnight guests. This includes multiple playtime sessions with both fellow guests and our dedicated caregivers throughout the day.
